Venison steak

Ingredients
10 small venison steaks 2 Tbsp canola oil1 small onion2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce1 tsp garlic2 oz lemon juice
Directions
heat oil in pan and add all the ingredients. Saute steak on medium heat until it reaches 160 degrees. (3-6 min per side-depending on heat and thickness). Makes 5 servings, 2 steaks each.
