Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients
1 box of instant pudding1/2 c. milk 1/2 ctn. cool whip1/2 box graham crackers1 chocolate frosting (or chocolate chips)
Directions
Mix pudding and milk according to pudding box directions. Fold in cool whip. In pan, put layer of graham crackers on bottom, spread with 1/2 of pudding mixture. Repeat; finishing with third and final layer of crackers. Spread chocolate frosting on top/chocolate chips. Refrigerate. Note: best if made a few hours before consumption, otherwise, crackers are too crispy
