Indian Butter Chicken

chicken, spices, tomato puree, coconut milk, lemon juice
1. Cut chicken into chunks.
2. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of butter and stir-fry the chicken chunks.
3. Put the second 2 tbsp of butter in the pan along with the spices and slowly heat for a minute or two until you can smell the aroma.
4. Put the chicken back in the pan and stir so you mix in all the spices.
5. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, stiring a few times.
6. Add the coconut milk and lemon juice and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
