Caesar Salad

0.25 tsp Worchestershire Sauce1 Clove garlic, halved0.25 cup Lemon juice0.25 cup Olive oil0.75 cup Parmesan cheesedash pepper0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp dry mustardRomaine lettuce
Mix together first 4 ingredients & refrigerate in a covered container for at least 1 hour.
Mix together parmesan cheese, pepper and dry mustard.
Clean romaine.
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add the sauce and stir.
Add lettuce and toss to coat.
Pour cheese mixture over and blend into lettuce.
**reduce parmesan if needed. It is a lot of cheese for the recipe.
Makes about 6 servings.
