Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich filling

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed1 Stalk celery, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 Tablespoon mayonnaise or miracle whip1T lemon juiceSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Drain & rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas in mixing lowl & mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mayo (to taste), lemon Juice, salt & pepper to taste. Place filling in pita bread or slice of rye bread with lettuce & tomato.
