Quick Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 cups of vegetable broth5 small potatoes (about 1 lb.), diced 1/3"1/2 bunch broccoli (including stalk), chopped1 can sweet corn12 0z. ham steak, diced1 can Cream of Potato soup, undilutedonion powder to taste (about 1/2 Tbsp.)white pepper, to taste
Directions
Makes 6 hearty 1 1/2 cup servings

Heat vegetable broth. Add diced potatoes and simmer. While potatoes cook, chop broccoli keeping diced stalk separate. When potatoes are al dente, add diced broccoli stalk, canned corn and diced ham steak. Stir in chopped broccoli flowerettes and undiluted can of cream of potato soup, season with onion powder and white pepper to taste. Turn off heat and serve.
