1 package Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread and Muffin Mix1/2 cup Silk Light Plain Soymilk1/4 cup egg substitute
Preheat oven to 400*F. Spray 6"X10" glass baking dish. Mix ingredients with a spoon and pour into baking dish. Bake about 17 - 22 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve hot or cold.
