1 Diced Roma Tomato1/4 Diced Avocado2oz Diced Fresh Mozzarella (Belgiosio with brechutto and is my favorite)1 tbsp Fat Free Rasberry Vinaigarette
Directions
1. dice tomato, avocado, and mozzarella
2. Toss it in a bowl
3. Add rasberry vinaigarette
4. Enjoy!
