Raspberry Peach Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients
1 lb. frozen raspberries1/2 lb. frozen peaches1/4 cup sugar2/3 cup brown sugar1 orange (zested)1/2 cup all purpose flour or whole wheat plus 2 Tbsps of flour1/8 tsp. salt1 cup whole oats1 stick of butter cut into squares
Directions
1. Set frozen fruit out to thaw on counter. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, salt and butter squares in a mixer until it is crumbly.
3. Mix fruit, orange zest, 1/3 brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. of flour. Let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Pour into a pan, smoothing it gently. Add crumb mixture evenly on top.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until brown.
