Chicken and Prawn spaghetti

Ingredients
300g chicken thigh (no bone, no skin) chopped 200g peeled prawns1 tbsp crushed garlic100g chopped capsicum100g chopped mushroom100g finely diced carrot100g chopped sweet potato1 can tinned tomatos (410g)2.5 cuppeds cooked spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
Directions
Brown chicken in non-stick pan, add garlic while browning. Once brown add vegetables and tinned tomatoes to pot. Simmer until vegetables are tender. add prawns to dish about 5 minutes before if uncooked and 2-3 minutes if cooked. Add spaghetti to pot once cooked and serve. Makes 5 serves.

    YUMMY!! I had this tonight. exchanged some of the veggies for what I had at home (mushrooms, carrot, and the sweet potato) and added some curry powder and dried basil. Tasted delicious! My husband even suggested we have it again, so I know it was good :)
