Chocolate Chip Cookies - W/ Truvia

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature1/4 Cup + 2 tsp Truvia1/3 cup brown sugar, packed2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract2 Tbsp skim milk2 1/4 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place butter, Truvia and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Cream together ingredients for 1½ minutes, then add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix for 1 minute.
Blend flour, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into egg mixture until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Spoon onto non-stick cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
