Easy Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
2 15oz cans chili beans 2 15oz cans diced chili-ready tomatoes1 15oz can refried beans1 bag frozen chopped bell peppers1.5 cups TVP2 cups waterchili powder, cumin, crushed red pepper to taste
Directions
Combine and stir all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 4-6 hours. Can be cooked longer (8 hours) as well.
