2 Mettwurst500g frozen veggies2 eggs200g creme fraichefresh chives60g gouda cheesesalt and pepper

1) slice the sausages and fry them in the pan. pour away the fat.
2) add the vegetables and let cook for 10 minutes while you stir the eggs, creme fraiche and chives. Grate and add the cheese, season with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
3) let set for 15min.
