Wholesome Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls

* Warm water 1.34 cup *Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * Honey, 1/4 cup * Pumpkin Puree 1/4 cup * Canola Oil 1/4 cup * Salt, 1 1/2 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Vital wheat gluten 3 Tbsp * *Whole Wheat Flour 5 C + 1 Tbsp
Mix the warm water and yeast and let rest for 10 min. Add honey, oil, and squash. Then add salt, egg, flour and gluten. Mix in mixer for 5 min. Let rest 10 min. Shape into rolls. Let rise until doubled. Bake 12-15 min at 425 for harder shell rolls, or 350 for 13-20 min for soft fluffy rolls
