Whole Wheat, Oatmeal and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1c oats1c Whole Wheat Flour1/4c brown sugar2Tbsp dry milk powder2tsp Baking Powder1/2tsp baking soda1/2tsp salt2 egg whites2c 1% milk2Tbsp applesauce1tsp vanilla extract1 med banana, mashed
Directions
Place the oats in a blender or food processor and blend until has the texture of course flour. Whisk together the oats, flours, brown sugar, dry milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites, milk, applesauce and vanilla. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into dry ingredient mixture and stir just until moistened.
LET STAND 5 MINUTES
Heat griddle to med high, spray or lightly grease. Drop by 1/3 cupful onto griddle, cook until bubbles form and edges dry. Flip, cook until browned on the other side.
