brown rice with apple &butternut squash&walnuts

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup brown rice2 talb parsley-dried1 tesp. olive oil1/3 onion chopped1 cup butternut sqash cubed1 granny smith apple cubed1 tesp.dried thyme1/2 cup vegetable broth14 walnut halfs
Directions
Heat oil and saute onion-add squash,apple and thyme-then add broth -heat for 5 minutes. Mix cooked rice with the other ingredients and bake 425 for about 20-25 minutes.This serves 3
