Creamy Parmesan Garlic Sauce with pasta

Ingredients
* Milk, 2%, 1 cup * Valu Time Spread (margarine), 1 tbsp * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup * Garlic, 2 clove minced (either fresh or jarred) * Salt, to taste * Pepper, black, to taste * adobo goya, 1/4 tsp * Italian Seasoning, 1/2 tsp * White All-Purpose Flour, 1 tbsp
Directions
Melt the margarine in a pot. Add the flour and whisk together. Once it's combined, add the milk, garlic, italian seasoning, and adobo seasoning, and stir. Add the parmesan cheese and keep stirring until it is all combined and the cheese is not clumped together. Makes about 4-5 1/4 cup servings.

as for pasta, you can use whatever type of pasta and however much you want. i like spaghetti myself.
