Just Peas

Ingredients
10 oz bag of frozen peasbutter
Directions
Place butter in a saucepan, heat on high until it begins to melt. Stir in frozen peas until they're just warm, about 3 minutes. Add salt. Share with a friend or save for tomorrow's breakfast. Luke splashes hot sauce on this dish for extra flavor but I love the savory taste of peas and salty butter alone.

You can add less butter, I guess, but the idea here is to eat a lunch that is filling and will keep you from wanting to snack. And being low carb, it will not give you a sugar buzz or a sugar low/fatigue. See my website trimprogram.com for more info.
