Ground Chicken BreastNatural Sausage CasingMrs' Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning BlendDried OreganoDried BasilFresh GarlicRaw Onion100% Olive Oil
Directions
Makes one 4oz link

1. Thaw ground chicken.
2. Place sausage casing in cold tap water.
3. Chop garlic and onion finely.
4. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
5. Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined.
6. Shimmy casing onto tube end of a funnel, tie off the loose end.
7. Force chicken mixture through the funnel into the casing until filled.
8. Tie off the other end.
9. Chill in fridge for 2 hours or more.
