Goulash Soup

Ingredients
1 spray Parkay margarine1 lb. beef chuck, cubed1 lg. onion1 tbsp paprika2 cans condensed beef broth2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes1/2 tsp salt2 cup water2 cup cubed raw potatoes
Directions
Makes 4 servings. Brown onion in cooking spray. Add beef and heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Add cubed potatoes and cook a further 25 minutes.
