Capers, rinse well - 100ml canHearts of Palm, rinsed & diced - 398ml canArtichoke Heart, drinsed & cut in half - 398ml canAvocado - 1Mayonaise - 1.5 tbspLemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Rinse capers, hearts of palm and hearts of artichoke. Drain.
Combine with mayonaise and lemon juice.
Serve and enjoy.
