1 Pork Shoulder (3lbs)1 Whole Onion, Sliced1 Bottle Cookies Original BBQ Sauce (26oz)
Place Roast in bottom of crock pot, cover with sliced onions, place on low for 10 hours, then shred apart with a fork.
Add entire bottle of bbq sauce and continue to heat through for another 4 hours.
Serve on Buns
