Jenn's Boston Brown Bread

1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup yellow cornmeal1 1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder2 tbsp lemon juiceApprox. 2 cups milk (added to lemon juice to make 2 cups)3/4 cup molasses
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans or 4 mini bread loaf ans.
Mix milk and lemon juice in a medium size bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add molasses to milk mixture, then mix slowly with dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Make 16 servings.
