Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (93%)1 med onion1 tbsp canola oil1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes1 ea 14oz cans of Black Beans, White Beans, Pinquitos (chili beans), with juice1 14 oz can Whole kernel corn2 pkgs 30% less sodium McCormick Chili Seasoning1 32oz chicken broth or water (optional depending on how thick you want the chili)
Directions
Dice the onion and saute in 1 tbsp of Canola oil, when softened add turkey and brown.

In a 6qt crockpot, place the browned turkey and onion, add all beans with juice, tomatoes with juice, corn (drained), and both chili seasonings. Add water or broth for soupier texture. I like a thick chili, so I cook as is.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours (my crockpot runs hot).
Serve with 2% cheese, lowfat sourcream and green onion and cornbread.

Makes about 12 - i cup servings.
