Dave's Stir Fried Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients:Broccoli, fresh, 4 bunches cut to floretsCarrots, raw, 2 medium JulienedGiner 1 TblGarlic, 2 glove*Palm Sugar, Sweet Tree, 3 tsp *Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup *Oyster Sauce, 2 TBLCorn Starch, 1/4 cupSesame seed for garnish
Blanch Florets. Drain and dry well in a collendar and add carrotschop ginger and garlic.. dissolve palm sugar in 1 Tbl hot water. Mix palm sugar, soy, and oyster sauce, In a seperate bowl whisk corn starch with 1/2 cup water. Pour 2 TBl oil in a wok. Heat to high and add garlic and ginger.Stir fry 1 minute and add broccoli and carrots. Stir Fry for 3 to 4 miutes. Add soy mixture and stir fry for an additional minute. Reduce heat to low and add corn starch mixture. Stir for 30 seconds until thick. Garnish with toasted sesame see.
