Chicken Goat cheese pita

Ingredients
Swiss Chard, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, low sodium, .1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoonOnion (Raw), 3 Tbpsp finely dicedGoat Cheese (Feta cheese), Hard, 2 oz Lemon Zest, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/8 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb., cut into strips or cubedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) choppedBread, pita, whole-wheat, 2 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)
Directions
Makes 4 servings. Chop walnuts and fry in dry skillet until browned for about 5-10 minutes to crisp or use walnuts plain. Remove from pan.
Wash chard but don't drain. In non-stick skillet, fry chard untiil wilted. Remove from skillet. Add olive oil and swirl in pan. Add chopped chicken and cook on medium until no longer pink. Add vegetable broth and onion. Simer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add walnuts, goat cheese, lemon zest, black pepper, cayenne pepper and nutmet. Stir until cheese melts. Cut pita loaves in half. Divide into 4 servings and put each into 1/2 pita loaf. Add walnuts.
