Ingredients
ground turkey,sour cream,salsa mild,cheddar cheese,flour tortilla. cook meat regular seasoning no oil, just garlic, boillon to taste, cook until well done,mix with sour crean,use 6 tortilla 110 cal. each, add 2 tbsp of meat,line up on baking pan add salsa, cheese and bake for 15 min at 350 uncover and bake for 10 min serve with side salad, use luminon foil to cover for baking.
