Tasty Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground beef1/2 Medium Green Pepper1/4 Medium Onions3 tbs Hunts Ketchup3 cups Ragu chunky mushroom sauce4 slices of Reduced Sodium Provolone Cheese1.5 cups Progresso bread crumbs - Italian style1/2 cup Egg BeatersSeason with your favorite Mrs. Dash ( I use All purpose)
Directions
Mix beef, green pepper, onions, ketchup, 1/2 cup ragu sauce, bread crumbs, Mrs. Dash and egg beaters in bowl. Get your hands dirty and mix it yourself by hand.

Roll the mixture into balls. Should make 5 fist size balls.

Place balls in dish and cover each with cheese. Can cut cheese in half if don't want too much cheese.

Cover the meatballs with the rest of the Ragu sauce.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes depending on oven to ensure cooked fully.

Serve shortly after taking out the oven with garlic bread and salad if you like. If want low carbs drop the garlic bread. Enjoy!
