Vegetable Egg Bake

Ingredients
Any vegetables you like. EggsOlive oilsalt and pepperfeta or goat cheese
Directions
In small frying pan, saute onion, peppers, mushroom and tomato in EVOO. Grease small baking dish. Beat 2 eggs, add salt and pepper. Add vegetables to egg, mix well. Pour egg mixture in dish, add feta cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until firm.
