Baked Pumpkin Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
* Oats, 3 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Baking Powder, 3 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Mix together all ingredients. Make sure the pumpkin is mixed in well. Pour into an 8x8 casserole dish, and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (depending on your oven).
