3/4 Cup Flour1 Tsp Baking Powder.75 Tbsp Shortening4 Eggs2 Cups MilkCheddar Cheese (I used 4 slices Cabot Sharp Cheddar; any other cheese will work as well!)Raw BroccoliOnionRaw ZuchinniAny other veggie of choiceHam or Bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease Pie Pan
Chop up veggies and meat, arrange at bottom of pie pan
Whisk together milk, flour, baking powder, shortening and eggs
Pour mixture over veggie/meat combo. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center of your Quiche clean.
