Ingredients
2 cans fat free chicken broth1 can vegetable broth1 can diced tomatoes1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles1 can green beans1 can sliced potatoes1 can yellow sweet corn1/4 head of cabbage, chopped1 medium onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper2 large carrots, chopped2 cloves of garlic finely choppedSalt, Pepper, Mrs. Dash or other spices to taste
Directions
Place cabbage, onions, carrots, peppers, and 1 can of broth in large soup pot. Simmer until just tender, and add the rest of the ingredients. The longer it simmers, the better it tastes. Makes 8 VERY GENEROUS servings!

    instead of all canned vegetables, try to buy frozen or fressh. This has way to much sodium. - 10/8/07
