Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 cup (175 g)*Flour, white, 1.25 cup (300 g)Granulated Sugar, 0.44 cup (100g)Egg, fresh, 1 large separated
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, olive oil and yolk. Make a ball. put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll the dough, cut the cookies, brush them with egg withe and put them in the oven at 360 (preheated) until they are a little brown, not to much.
