No Fat Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 c. flour1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp baking soda6 large egg whites1-1/3 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt1 box (4 serving size) Jello chocolate pudding1 c. skim milk
Directions
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, brown sugar and yogurt until well blended. Stir in flour mixture and stir until evenly moist.
Pour batter into nonstick 8" square pan or pan prepared with non-stick cooking spray and flour. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Turn out onto rack and allow to cool completely.
Mix pudding mix and milk. Frost cake.
Cut into 16 slices. 135 calories per slice.
