Ingredients
1. Flat bread2. Shredded Mozzarella-reduce fat3. Pasta Sauce-any flavor just make sure is low cal4. Red peppers-Your favorite veggie will do
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place aluminum foil or non-stick cooking sheet on a flat pan. Place the flat bread down and pour .3 cup of pasta sauce and spread thoroughly.

Next spread the shredded mozzarella and top it with your favorite veggie.

Let it cook for 10 minutes and cool for 2 or 3 minutes.
