Lighter Upside Down Pizza with Boca

1 box (12 oz) Boca Ground burger1 medium onion, chopped26 ounces canned diced tomatoes (not stewed)16 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup skim milk2 Eggs1 tsp. olive oil1 cup all purpose flour1 tsp. Basil1 tsp. Oregano1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)
Preheat oven to 400. Preheat a medium skillet and spray with cooking spray. Saute onions until transparent. Add tomatoes, undrained, stir to combine. Heat through.
Meanwhile, microwave Boca Ground Burger in a bowl until heated through. Combine Boca with tomatoes and onions. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, flour and spices until smooth. Pour over top of tomato mixture in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.
