Mom's Special Fruit Dip

Ingredients
one 8 oz. packaged Whipped Cream Cheese1 cup powdered sugarone 8 oz. container Cool Whip Lite1 lemon, zested and juicedpineapple juice
Directions
Soften cream cheese, then whip with powdered sugar. Combine beaten cheese, cool whip, lemon juice and zest, and continue to beat, adding just enough pineapple juice to achieve desired consistency. Arrange fruit creatively in a lettuce lined tray, leaving room for the french cream fruit dip, scooped into a pretty bowl.
Makes 32 2-Tbsp servings.
