Vegan Pie Crust

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour.5 teaspoon salt1/3 cup Earth Balance buttery spreadcold water
Directions
Lightly stir together flour and salt. Use a pastry blender or two knives to cut Earth Balance into flour mixture until it looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle wold water, a tablespoon at a time, until pastry holds together.

Shape into ball. Divide into two ball and roll out onto floured surface.

Makes two one-crust pies, or one covered pie.

Bake pie as recipe directs.
