Oven Fried Chimichanga ( low cal, low fat)

Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken1 tbsp of garlic powder2 tbsp of Chili powder1 tsp of ground cuminsalt to taste1 tbsp of garlic powder1/4 cup of green onions1/2 cup of 2% shredded cheese1 can of refried beansPam cooking spray4 oz of low fat sour cream1/2 can of fat free cream of chicken6 10" flour tortilias
Directions
Makes 6 servings of 1 chimichanga

Season chicken with all of the seasonings. Spray a skillet with Pam and cook evenly on both sides until brown and cooked completely. While the chicken is cooking mix the sour cream and the cream of chicken and set it aside.Cut up the chicken as fine as you can. Warm the tortilias in the oven. Add refried beans to the tortilia and spread it down the middle. Then add the meat mixture, then the sour cream mixture. Next add the cheese and then the green onions. Spay a cookie sheet with pam and add the chimichanga, seam side down. Last spray spam on the top and put in the oven of 5-7 minutes and 450 degress.
