Apple gingerbread bran muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C Brown Sugar,1/2 C Oat Bran, 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C White Flour1 1/2 C Wheat bran2 tsp Baking powder2 tsp Baking soda3/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cloves2 tsp ginger6 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/2 C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters2 Tbsp Canola Oil1 Med Apple (150 grams) cut into fine cubes1 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add apples and wet ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into 18 muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
