2 medium baking potatoes1 tbs olive oil1 dash pepper1 dash salt
Directions
Wash (peel if you like) and cut into strips or cubes
Heat skillet over medium heat; add oil
Add potatoes, pepper & salt
Cook to desired tenderness; drain
