Steak Chili

2 lbs ny steak cut into medium dice or finer if you like6 cloves garlic minced1 medium onion diced1 Tbsp Olive oil1 tsp sallt2 tsp black pepper1/2 tbsp dried cilantro or fresh if you have it...maybe 1/4 cup1 tbsp ground oregano6 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cumin powder1 can(10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies2 15 cans kidney beans drained
heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot
add diced onion and minced garlic and saute
add diced steak (I used ny steak) and brown
add salt pepper chili cumin oregano and cilantro
add rotel tomatoes with green chili
add tomato sauce
add kidney beans drained
Cover and simmer for 15 min. Remove from heat and serve with onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream on the side
Makes 8-10 servings
