Directions
Slice vegetables. Brown meats and 1/2 curry poweder in cocount oil. Move to bowl. Saute vegetables. Add to meats. Combine remaining curry powder with coconut milk. Add red pepper flakes to taste. Bring to a boil. Return meat and veg to pan. Sprinkle toasted coconut and almonds over top and serve.
