Oven-Fried Herb Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, .5 cupGarlic powder, .25 tspPaprika, .25 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .12 tspEgg white, 1 serving*Mahi Mahi Salmon Fillet, 24 ozSalt, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and seasonings. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat egg white until frothy.

Place fish in non-stick foil-lined pan. Brush with egg white mixture and sprinkle crumb mixture on top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
