Steak Sauce Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce1/2 onion, chopped1/3 c. chopped carrots1 c. breadcrumbs2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place beef in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and then fold into beef.
3. Shape into a loaf and place in a 13x9 baking dish or two loaf pans.
4. Brush an additional 2 Tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce on top and sides, if desired.
5. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Makes approx. 13 - 1" slices.
