Lemony Ginger Chinese Stir Fry Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts -boneless/skinless - cut into strips2 tbs cornflour2 tbs soy sauce2 tbs honey125ml chicken stock1 red chilli1tbs ginger paste or 5cm chopped fresh ginger2 lemons - zest of and juice250g chinese greens
Directions
use 1/2 the cornflour and soy sauce Mix chicken strips into soy and cornflour mix and leave to marinade

mix remaining cornflour and soy sauce with chicken stock, honey, lemon juice and zest and put to side

heat oil and sfoten chilli and ginger
add chicken and cook through
add chinese greens and sauce and cook until sauce thickens and greens wilt

serve with rice or noodles
