Almond Butter

Ingredients
4 oz Almonds2 tblsp Omega 3 Flax Oil1 tblsp Honey
Directions
I used an Omega Juicer to make my almonds into the almond butter. If you do not have a butter maker simply put the almonds in a food processor and blend for approximatly 10 minutes. The almonds will crumble and then form a ball, but keep going because a few minutes later the almonds will lend their oils and create a creamy butter.

Add the honey and flax oil and stir until well combined.
