Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb Jenny-O ground turkey2oz. egg substitute1/4 cup uncooked oats (Instant)1 packet Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup Mix4 tablespoons mild salsa
Directions
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and put into a baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

Let meat sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
