Toddler bread

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree2 ripe bananas1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs1/2 cup brown or white sugar (I used brown)1 cup quick rolled oats2 cups white or whole wheat flour (I used 1 of each)3/4 cup flax seed meal1.5tsp baking powder1/2 tsp soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Makes 2 loaves, 8 slices each loaf
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix pumkin, bananas, vanilla, and eggs (and brown sugar if using). Add flour, oats, flax (white sugar if using), baking powder, baking soda, and spice.
Put in greased loaf pans and back 45-50 minutes.
