Ingredients
Directions
Peanut Butter, chunk style, 0.5 cup (I recently substituted with Almond butter and it worked just as well)Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 0.25 cup Great Value Multi-Grain Flakes Cereal, 0.75 cup Honey, 2 tbsp I originally found this recipe on a healthy breakfasts website but I can't for the life of me find it now to give full credit.
1.Mix all the ingredients together until it's all sticky enough to sqeeze into a ball. (I might need to get your hands sticky here)
2. Either mould into 8-10 small balls or smooth onto a baking tray/dish until evenly spread.
3. I find it's best to cut into 8 bars now then place inthe fridge to set for a couple of hours. (marked as cooking time)
Tip: Although less healthy, if I'm feeling a craving for a chocolately snack I sometimes drizzle a little (maybe 0.5 tspn) chocolate sauce over the top, the kind that sets quickly.
